Conference venue 

The Conference Centre at the University of Toronto

(Note: the venue was formerly known as the Chestnut Conference Centre.) 

The Conference Centre at the University of Toronto is centrally located in the heart of downtown Toronto. The venue is conveniently surrounded by, and within walking distance, of many of Toronto’s main attractions, such as the Eaton Centre, Sankofa Square, the CN Tower and the Scotiabank Arena. 

Located between three subway stations (Queen Station, St. Patrick Station and Dundas Station), and with a streetcar nearby, The Conference Centre is conveniently located and easily accessible for all guests. 

Hotel 

ONCAT has secured a special rate of $219.00/night (plus applicable taxes) at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Toronto Downtown — which is directly across the street from the conference venue.

Booking and cancellation notes: 

  • The 2026 ONCAT Conference booking link will expire on January 3, 2026. 
  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.
